Luis R. Torres is the Founder and President of P.I.S.C. Corp. Mr. Torres has more than 30 years experience in retail banking, mortgage products and other servicing and financial products. Prior to founding P.I.S.C., Mr. Torres was President of TRMC Corp., who provided outsourcing services to Banco Santander de Puerto Rico’s Collections Department.
Mr. Torres has also served as Vice President of Banco de Ponce and Banco Santander in the retail banking division.
Mr. Torres holds a BA from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, He also graduated from the Virginia Business School.

Paola Torres Quevedo works as an attorney with expertise in Labor and employment, contract development and negotiation and real estate and finance. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources and In-House Counsel at P.I.S.C. Corp.. Paola also spearheads the Mediation Department.
Prior to joining P.I.S.C. Corp. ,Paola served as Executive Director and Chief Legal Officer for Health & Wellness Network of the Americas. She guided and monitored daily operations of a medical tourism company. Also, she negotiated, analyzed, and drafted all company, vendor, and third-party contracts. Also, performed as human resources manager to resolve labor and employee affairs.
In this prior role, Paola prepared and drafted requests for proposal documents from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, proposed, negotiated, and closed a vital contract securing the setup and execution of a clinical center partnered with a tourism organization and recruited and orchestrated a network of medical professionals for growing a medical facility.
Paola has also worked as a Legal Intern for JFG Law Offices. She performed extensive research, managed multiple files, and provided administrative and client-oriented support. She aided in preparing and drafting mortgage deeds, purchases, and sales. During this time, she gained invaluable knowledge by assisting with numerous real estate transactions.
Paola has also worked as a Loss Mitigation Specialist where she Analyzed financial discrepancies, resolved outstanding issues, coordinated with outside legal counsel, and managed quality control of financial documents for Banco Popular of Puerto Rico (BPPR). Conducted client orientation and processed client qualifications. She produced an 85% increase in client’s pipelines via implementing new methods to oversee and allocate internal documents requests. Provided insightful financial analysis along with client consultation regarding outstanding income and expenses. Successfully conducted the evaluation of BPPRS’S loss mitigation opportunities.

Luis Irizarry Ramos works as Operation Manager responsible for operating and improving operations that produce and deliver all Pisc’s services. Dealing with crisis and learning to joggle opposing business demands, no direct P & L responsibility but have competence in his area. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly resolve conflicts and generate solutions. Over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, professional, very committed, with a complete knowledge of the whole process of collections. Call Center, Customer Service and Loss Mitigation expertise with full experience in supervision and mortgage servicing process. Very committed professional with a complete knowledge of the entire collection process for mortgage and consumer products, as well as asset management (collections and disposition). Highly respected in banking in Puerto Rico. He reached executive positions in the industry in the direction of collections, such as Vice President of Collections and Loss Mitigation at Doral Financial, supervising a group of over 100 employees. Leader in processes, strategies, and training of resources.

Manage account receivable, accounts payable, payroll functions and the negotiation of health insurance contracts. Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and sales, municipal and income tax filings.
Experienced in developing and allocating budgets, managing financial accounts, conducting reports and revenue forecasts, and coordinating and mentoring financial teams. Reviewed contracts financially impacting the company and counseled executive leaders on impact contracts would have on company operations. Antonio Reyes Montañez, supports the Human Resources and Accounting Department in operational tasks, guidance, data management and support. He is responsible for the entire process of recruiting and selecting resources, payroll processing, disciplinary actions, supervision, billing, among other functions, related to our integrated Outsourcing service. Antonio has extensive knowledge on issues related to Human Resources Administration, with more than seven years of experience, five of them in public service.
Prior joining PISC, Antonio worked in the Human Resources Department of the Municipality of Aguas Buenas, in the technical area, responsible for recruiting and selecting new appointments, updating personnel files, training, achieving the objectives aimed at maintaining a duly motivated staff, guaranteeing the productivity of employees in the performance of their duties, and enforcing the applicable Labor and Employment Legislation.

Gilbert Rodriguez has worked for over 20 years as supervisor of property inspections at P.I.S.C. Corp. He supervises inspectors in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Florida. Gilbert also provides support in the Call Center. Gilbert can work with reports and metrics, and he is an excellent communicator with subordinates.
